To create a wholesale account and place your orders online:

1. Select Wholesale under Account Type when "creating your account here."
2. Once registered, please reach out to us using our contact form on our Contact Us page. Include the name, website (if applicable), and a short description of your business/practice. (Please include as many details as possible in order to expedite your approval)
3. Your account will be submitted for review and we will reach out to you with further questions, if needed. Average approval time is within the next 24 to 72 hours.
4. Upon approval and activation, you will be notified via email and, as long as you are logged into your account, you will have access to our wholesale store. Note that wholesale orders require a $250.00 minimum.

*Please register an account before applying. This allows us to view and update your account as a wholesaler once approved.
